Belgian legal tech startup Henchman helps legal professionals draft contracts in better quality and less time. The Henchman team has developed an AI-enabled software that automatically retrieves all clauses and definitions previously used by the respective law firm from a firm specific repository. 

While working on a contract, legal experts can search for previously written clauses and decide which one is the one best suited for their case. 

Through the plug-and-play connection with a proprietary database, previously written clauses are suggested easily even when contracts are scattered and stored in different folders.  Legal experts can search for them based on the party name, type of contract, length, drafting date, or specific words in a clause.
