Tictail was founded as a free-to-use and DIY e-commerce tool focused on community integration to empower small businesses, like fashion boutiques, craftsmen and emerging designers to establish their local brands all around the world. Tictail expanded from Sweden to the US before being acquired by the global commerce platform Shopify Inc. in November 2018.
