Joining in 2024, Isabel strengthens Acton’s investment team with her passion for the tech sector, and experience in various startups and early-stage venture capital.

Before joining, Isabel worked at Flash Ventures as a pre-seed VC analyst, sourcing contributing to the early stages of venture building, from ideation to investment. Additionally, Isabel has gathered experience across various roles in the startup ecosystem from pre-product, pre-revenue start-ups to the pre-IPO stage.

Isabel holds a Master’s in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Honors Degree in Technology Management from CDTM Munich.

Outside the startup world, you’ll likely find Isabel conquering mountain trails or brewing her signature ginger beer.
