Laura Josipovich

Joining 2023, Laura strengthens Acton’s investment team with her banking and capital markets experience. Her second nature is identifying and digging into a variety of business issues, forming hypotheses and creatively solving complex problems.

Previously, she worked at N26 supporting the company’s European expansion during its tremendous growth phase where she learned to accept the challenge of an international expansion strategy, rapid growth and its impact on company culture.  This experience created her tremendous excitement and love for startups and sparked her desire to work in an investment team alongside inspiring founders.

Laura holds a Master of Science in Finance from ESADE (Spain) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Born and raised in Austria, she not only loves to take on the challenges and moguls of growth companies, but also those of any snowy mountain.
