Leon Buchholz

Joining 2023, Leon strengthens the finance team at Acton with his prior investment and operations experience. He enjoys taking a holistic perspective and combining analytical activities with hands-on execution. Previously, he worked at PROM12, a Munich-based private equity fund investing in small-cap companies in the tech/IT space. Afterwards he joined Luminovo, a SaaS startup in the electronics industry, where he worked in Finance and Operations. Both experiences, as well as his previous studies and own founding experiences, have allowed him to develop an analytical and entrepreneurial driven profile.

Leon holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from CBS-International Business School. He loves being active outdoors in nature and playing sports. On sunny days, you can find him on his road bike somewhere on hilly roads.
